Who We Are
The Council of Generals of the National Army Reserve (CGREN) is an autonomous entity bringing together reserve general officers committed to the defense of Colombia, the preservation of constitutional order, and the protection of democracy. We serve as a strategic think tank dedicated to analyzing security and defense challenges and strengthening democratic institutions.
We operate as a center for strategic reflection and technical advice dedicated to analyzing security and defense challenges, promoting democratic governance, and upholding historical truth and legal guarantees for service members.
